    Course Description

    Java Programming Language is one of the most popular programming languages particularly for client–server web applications. Java is high-level, class-based, object-oriented programming language that is designed to have as few implementation dependencies as possible. It is a general-purpose programming language intended to let programmers write once, run anywhere, meaning that compiled Java code can run on all platforms that support Java without the need for recompilation. Java applications are typically
    compiled to bytecode that can run on any Java virtual machine regardless of the underlying computer architecture. 

    Fundamental of Java - AP Computer Science A Part 1:

    Topics to be covered:
    Unit 1: Primitive Types
    Unit 2: Using Objects
    Unit 3: Boolean Expressions and if Statements
    Unit 4: Iteration
    Unit 5: Writing Classes

     

    Note: Each class will follow a format: Computer science Concepts, Programming activity, Quiz.
