Refund policy for enrichment classes:

• More than 14 Days Prior - 100% of tuition refund minus the maximum of $25 or 5% processing fee
• 1-14 Days Prior - 90% of tuition minus the maximum of $25 or 5% processing fee
• During class session - Class can only be cancelled within the first two weeks; No refund for the cancelled class, but 90% of the remaining balance minus $25 process fee can be saved as credit in your Sunshine account. The saved credit can be used for your future registration then.
• Missing class - No refund for missing classes. We have class recordings for all online classes, so you may make up the class by watching the class recording on the class page in your Sunshine account. The class recording is uploaded to the class page every night and is available for 2 weeks.
• No refund for self-paced classes.

Refund policy for summer camps:

• More than 14 Days Prior - 100% of tuition refund minus the maximum of $25 or 5% processing fee
• 1-14 Days Prior - 50% of tuition minus the maximum of $25 or 5% processing fee
• During camp session - No refund for any cancellation, but 50% of tuition minus $25 processing fee can be saved as credit in your Sunshine account. The saved credit can be used for your future registration then.

Withdrawal policy for afterschool program:

• One month notice prior to the last day of attendance to the afterschool program is required. Failure to do so will result in payment of a full month tuition after your child leaves.
